Taking care of our veterans is a responsibility that all Americans share. Those men and women who are willing to put their lives on the line to protect our freedom should be held in the highest regard. Properly caring for them is a small way to show our appreciation. The new Bradley County state veterans home will provide 108 beds for those veterans needing intermediate and skilled nursing care. The $47 million facility broke ground in August and is designed to provide therapy rooms, dining areas, activity rooms, and support offices for residents. Fulmer Concrete is deeply honored to be a part of this project. Our involvement in the construction of this facility is a small way to express our gratitude to the service men and women who have given so much for us and for our country. If you’ve been around Hamilton Place Mall recently or paid attention to the local news at all, you’re likely aware that Dave & Buster’s is coming to the Chattanooga area. The national arcade/restaurant/sports bar concept will open in the spring or summer of 2020. Though it is being built in part of the former Sears store at the mall, outdoor construction is happening as well. Some of this work involves concrete and Fulmer Concrete is thrilled to be a part of the building team. Our experience in concrete construction has allowed us to be a significant contributor to the project. Our team is working diligently to help get the new Dave & Buster’s open as soon as possible. Partnering with this national brand has been a great honor and we are grateful for their trust in us. We hope to see you eating, playing, or watching games at the new location in 2020!
