Fulmer Concrete Construction was founded in 1968 by James H. Fulmer. Originally, the company intended to focus on light commercial and residential concrete construction. But, over time Fulmer Concrete Construction has grown into one of the largest commercial concrete contractors in Eastern Tennessee and North Georgia.
